Brigers Career Kiosks: In-Person Support

To ensure no one is left behind in the journey toward economic empowerment and career success, Brigers Career Kiosks will serve as physical access points for Nigerian youths who lack internet access, digital literacy, or prefer face-to-face support. These kiosks will be strategically located in local markets, youth centers, and community hubs, making career support services easily accessible to underserved populations, especially in low-income and rural areas.

Each kiosk will provide a welcoming, resource-rich environment offering the following services:

Mentor-African-American-Girls

On-Site Career Coaching

Trained career advisors will be available during designated hours to provide one-on-one support. This includes CV and cover letter reviews, interview preparation, career planning guidance, and personalized job search strategies. These sessions will be tailored to accommodate individuals with varying education levels, language skills, and employment backgrounds.

Job Placement and Referral Services

Through collaborations with local businesses, recruitment agencies, and public sector programs, kiosks will facilitate job matching and apprenticeship opportunities. Users will be able to register their profiles and be connected with vetted employers seeking talent across various

Walk-In Career Advising

No appointment? No problem. Youths can walk in during open hours to receive immediate, in-person support from certified career advisers. These advisers are specially trained to engage users with limited digital exposure, providing guidance in a friendly, non-intimidating manner. Support will be available in local languages and dialects, with printed materials provided for those without smartphones or internet access.

Information Access and Application Support

Kiosks will serve as information hubs where individuals can learn about scholarship opportunities, vocational training programs, entrepreneurship grants, and government initiatives. Staff will assist with application processes, including filling out forms and uploading documents, ensuring equitable access to life-changing opportunities.
